Frontend & Design Systems Feb 24 - Current
Independent contract developer specializing in modern web application development for real estate technology. Build and maintain production applications and shared design systems within a PNPM monorepo using SvelteKit 2, Svelte 5, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS 4. Architect a token-based design system (design tokens, icon library, reusable components, and CSS utilities) consumed across multiple applications, and develop a full-featured CRM platform spanning contacts, deals, messaging, calendars, and tour scheduling. Integrate frontend interfaces with MLS APIs to deliver property search, listings, and agent-directory features, including embeddable IDX plugins compiled to standalone assets for third-party sites. Trace complex data flows end to end (UI to API to backend), enforce accessibility and consistent UX patterns, and manage the full delivery workflow from Jira ticket through PR review and test deployment.
